Working with a leading investor that’s right on our doorstep in the North East was really important to us. LDC has an extensive history of supporting businesses just like ours to grow.”
Expanding its services and footprint
In 2024, Aspire moved into a larger city centre office, located in the heart of Glasgow’s vibrant commercial district.
The business has also been on an acquisitive growth journey, completing the acquisitions of Cloud Cover IT, a dynamic managed service provider based in Glasgow and Leeds-based CloudCoCo, an experienced managed service provider.
In May 2025, Aspire was awarded a Royal Warrant, an exceptional mark of excellence granted to companies serving the Royal Household. One of just 16 North East businesses to hold this honour, Aspire was recognised as the supplier of IT and data cabling.
Significant Growth
In the financial year ending February 2025, Aspire surpassed its £50m revenue target for 2027 two years ahead of schedule. Revenue increased by 28% to £50.9m (FY24: £39.6m) and adjusted EBITDA rose by 33% to £8.8m (FY24: £6.6m). Performance was underpinned by £1.7m in technology investment, including private cloud and network enhancements, alongside new AI-powered tools that improved service speed and resolution.
We’re proud of the growth we’ve achieved, but even more so of the trust our customers continue to place in us.”
