Minority investment for growth
Iglu secured investment from LDC in 2015 as the management team looked to drive forward its organic growth plan. The investment enabled the existing Iglu management team to retain a majority shareholding, with LDC taking a significant minority shareholding.
The investment also allowed Iglu to take its model into new geographies and product areas, including tailor-made holidays, luxury cruises and long-haul holidays.
