Vera is an Investment Manager focusing on identifying and working with ambitious business leaders across the South West of England and Wales that are looking to grow their business with the support of an investment partner.
She joined LDC at the start of 2024, after spending several years as a private equity investment professional in London, primarily focusing on the international mid-market. Her transaction and portfolio experience ranges across a variety of sectors, including technology, industrials and business services.
She began her career as an investment banker with UBS in London, where she supported numerous M&A and IPO transactions across Europe, focusing on companies in the industrials and business services sectors.
Vera graduated from the University of St. Gallen with a Master’s degree in Banking & Finance and from HEC Paris with a Master’s degree in Strategic Management.
